The 1431SC is a patented self-closing concealed hinge for doors up to 100 kg. Fully hidden when the door is shut, it combines the 3D adjustability of the 1431 range with an integrated, adjustable closing mechanism — removing the need for a surface-mounted door closer.

The hinge is supplied unloaded for safer, easier installation. Adjust after installation by rotating the adjustment gear anticlockwise with the Allen key supplied.

• Opening 0°–180°: maximum 20 complete rotations
• Opening 0°–90°: maximum 30 complete rotations

鉸鏈出廠時未加載彈簧力，以便安裝更安全簡易。安裝後以隨附六角匙逆時針旋轉調節齒輪即可調校閉門力度。開啟 0°–180°：最多 20 圈；開啟 0°–90°：最多 30 圈。

Installation | 安裝步驟

1. Insert the hinge into the frame side | 將鉸鏈殼體嵌入門框側預留位置
2. Tighten the fixing screws on the frame side | 以固定螺絲鎖緊門框側
3. Insert the door into the relative hinges | 將門扇裝上鉸鏈
4. Tighten the fixing screws on the door side | 以固定螺絲鎖緊門扇側
5. Adjust the closing speed using the Allen key provided | 以隨附六角匙調校閉門速度

Important | 注意： The 1431SC is designed to be used in combination with standard 1431 hinges. | 1431SC 須配合標準 1431 鉸鏈一併使用。
